Est. Gallup, New Mexico
From our kitchen to your table — fresh breads, sweet treats, and pantry essentials made the way they used to be.
Our Story
Aunt Shell's Hone Club began as a quiet promise between family members — to keep the old recipes alive and to share them with the community that raised us. What started in a home kitchen has grown into a gathering place on the west side of Gallup.
We bake small batches, every day. Our breads rise slowly. Our pastries are folded by hand. And our pantry shelves are stocked with the staples your grandmother would have recognized — because some things never need to change.
Whether you're stopping in for a loaf of fresh bread on your way home or picking up ingredients for Sunday dinner, we're glad you're here.

What We Offer
Sourdough, wheat, brioche, and daily specials — all baked from scratch with locally milled flour and a patience that can't be rushed.
Cinnamon rolls, pies, cookies, and seasonal specialties — made with real butter, real honey, and recipes passed down through generations.
Honey, flour, spices, baking supplies, and everyday groceries — thoughtfully selected items you can trust for your kitchen.
Birthdays, holidays, or just because — we accept custom cake and baked goods orders for your next gathering or celebration.
We source locally when we can, support local producers, and believe a neighborhood bakery should be a place where everyone belongs.
Everything is prepared fresh each morning. When it's gone, it's gone — so come early for your favorites and ask about tomorrow's specials.
